Rovshan Muradov (moderator)

Secretary-General, Nizami Ganjavi International Center

Rovshan Muradov is the founding Secretary-General of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center. He studied at the State Economic University and graduated with Master's degree in International Economic Relations. Later he was accepted for the doctorate at State Economic University in Azerbaijan. Periodically attended courses at Cambridge College in Boston, USA, Stirling University in the United Kindgom and the University of Georgia in Tbilisi. In 2007 he was nominated to represent Republic of Azerbaijan at the UN General Assembly as a youth delegate, and the only delegate serving for a four-year period. Rovshan is the founder of the first and the biggest student youth organization in Azerbaijan, with 17,000 student members. From 2011-12 he lectured at State Economic University and Cooperation University in Azerbaijan. He has also worked as a country coordinator, later International Advisory Board Member, of the Youth Employment Summit International Organization, based in Massachusetts. Rovshan is a fellow of the World Academy of Art and Sciences.
